KASCHTA FALAFEL, we offer 5 different types of Falafel.

With: (eggplant + Sauce), (carrots Salat + Sudanese bread), (Cucumber + Carrots +Tahina + Mayo), (Luttes vegetable + Onion), (eggplant mini rolls + mint), (Salata Dakwa), (Tomato, Green Onion, Cheese , sesame oil) or (Spicy hot sauce).

KASCHTA RAINBOW: A Salad composed of, 13 OR MORE, different types of vegetables.

KASCHTA EGGPLANT SALAD: Eggplant Salad, prepared with different recipes of traditional African Sudanese procedure with Garlic, onion, yogurt and the sudanese groundnuts butter.

KASCHTA AGHASHAY: Is one of the popular African and Sudanese spicy dishes, boneless lamb meat or chicken breasts meat, which is prepared to become more like a Costolita, and then seasoned with some spices such as ginger, pepper and cinnamon mixed with groundnuts.

GETRÄNKE

One, two or three of traditional Sudanese cold drinks derivative from Baobabs, Hibiscus and Tamarind.
